While this Chilean blend features the sophistication and acidity of an Old World virtuoso, it also showcases assertive flavors and deep aromas indicative of a New World luminary – a true ‘best of both worlds’ powerhouse. Century old vineyards at precipitous 1000 foot altitudes produce the praise-worthy grapes that make up this wine. A year in new French oak has rounded out the tannins and added toasty notes on the nose and hints of vanilla bean and mocha on the palate. Black pepper and pit fruit compliment the mix with an elegant succinct finish. Will pair well with salads, lighter tomato based sauces and lemon infused dishes. PS – This wine is not filtered so watch out for sediments!
